Combo provides a digital advertising service where businesses can display their advertisements on our platform for a fixed duration.

By purchasing our service, you acknowledge that:

• You are paying for advertisement visibility and placement, not a physical product

• The service begins once your advertisement is processed and scheduled for publishing

2. Payment Policy

• All payments must be made in full prior to the publication of any advertisement

• Pricing is fixed and clearly communicated before confirmation

• No advertisement will be published until payment has been successfully received

3. Refund Policy

All payments made to Combo are final and non-refundable.

Once payment has been completed:

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

• This includes but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Business decisions

  • Dissatisfaction with results

  • Delay in providing advertisement content

By proceeding with payment, you agree to this no-refund policy.

4. Advertisement Duration

• Each advertisement is valid for a period of 30 days from the date it goes live on the platform

• The duration begins once the advertisement is published

5. Advertisement Modifications

While payments are non-refundable, we provide flexibility through advertisement updates:

• Advertisers may request changes to their advertisement at any time within the 30-day active period

• This includes:

  • Updating images

  • Modifying text

  • Changing promotional details

• No additional charges will apply for these modifications

6. Service Commitment

We aim to:

• Publish advertisements within the communicated timeframe (typically within 30 minutes after confirmation)

• Ensure advertisements are displayed properly on the platform

• Provide reasonable support for updates and changes

However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as:

• Number of views

• Number of clicks

• Number of leads or sales

7. Cancellation Policy

• Once payment has been made, the service is considered confirmed

• Advertisements cannot be canceled for a refund

• Advertisers may request removal of their advertisement, but no refund will be issued

8. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where:

• The advertisement cannot be published due to internal technical issues

• Or the service cannot be delivered as promised

We may, at our sole discretion:

• Offer an extension of the advertisement period

• Provide an alternative solution
